About libreoffice 3.5.4 calc

Hi, I have a problem about calc: When I use "copy" to copy something ,and use "paste" to do it ,sometimes I can't use "paste". But After I saved the file to 123.ods , I open it again .The problem runs normally,Why?  OS: Windows XP

You might want to check your settings in Tools / Options / LibreOffice /
Memory.

Sometimes if the items are listed there are too low, it could cause
issues. The remove from memory can help if you keep too much for too
long in memory.

That is the only thing I can think of if the paste will work after a save.

How large is your Calc file and how much data/cells are you copying?
