Yes, jitsi is a better option, although Italo previously reported
"Firefox seems to have issues" from a previous marketing call. I don't
know what those issues are, but jitsi seems to function OK on my Firefox
install.

Firefox used to have severe issues with WebRTC support, but the last
couple of versions have improved. Unfortunately, the best WebRTC support
seems to be provided by Google Chrome (the proprietary version).

You can also use it in Google Chromium (the open source version) or the other proprietary Chromium-derived browsers like Opera and Vivaldi.
