I think editable PDFs are one of the miracles of LibreOffice, and I
found so few people know about them that I decided to write about them

I use Draw all the time to add a handwritten signature to CAD drawings
that are in PDF format to show they are authorised.
Draw does change the linecap feature of drawn lines from rounded to
square, so on close inspection drawn items are not a clear.
