[Libreoffice-qa] minutes of ESC call ...

* Present:

* Completed Action Items:
    + poke Jay to get him setup on ‘Online’ – TDF LDAP etc. (Kendy)
       [ Heiko pinged, to setup LDAP account etc.
         ideally get an account with no restrictions wrt. Commenting etc. ]

* Pending Action Items:
    + create blank 5.5 wiki / release notes page (Cloph)
    + mass conversion of helpcontent (Cloph)
       [ will update the templates and do the auto-translation this weekend.
         Scripts are tested & worked locally ]
    + investigate signing issues during make / check around files (Cloph)
       [ when session is closed builds succeed, not watching remotely helps it seems ]

* Release Engineering update (Christian)
    + 5.2.7 RC2
      + on the mirrors as a final version, but no official announce yet.
      + the last of the 5.2.x line planned.
    + 5.3.3 RC2 tagging next week.
      + tagged yesterday, ready on the dev servers.
      + thanks to all reviewers who helped out.
    + 5.4.0 Beta 1 May 16th
      + how did Alpha1 go ? (Michael)
          + not ready in time for the bug-hunting session.
              + had daily builds available; no translation etc.
          + accidentally deleted the windows builds.
