[PATCH] fdo#47246 fix headless and android build

[this time with the patch]

Tor,

the attached patch is needed to fix --enable-headless build for me,
since the code is shared with android i think that is needed for android
too. Does it work for you too?

It fails linking, /me goes back to the drawing board.
