[Patch] Make new About dialogue a little nicer

Hi,

Since I noticed, the beta is supposed to be tagged today or tomorrow
already and we in the Design team had talked about our new About thing
a little...
and I also don't seem to have anything to do... I made this patch for About.
It does the following:
* it removes the bevel from the SVG background
* it removes the hardcoded button colour for the Website button (and
also changes it's text, so it looks less like a link)
* it unhides the Close button
* it moves the button row below the copyright text

I would be grateful if someone could take a look at this and commit it
or well, not.

Hi

For me it's just great, I wanted to make a mock-up with the triangles
motifs, you did it before. Really, I like it. If you can just make the
trademarks a little bit darker (for people who do not have perfect eyes)

I haven't, though it should be pretty easy for you to do it yourself
(it would probably look cool, but I really want to get off this
dialogue some time in the near future):
* the background and logo are just SVG images – if you install a 3.6
nightly, you'll find these files in the "program" folder of your
LibreOffice installation – you can easily replace them
* the colors are hard-coded in a source file in cui/source/about.cxx –
this might be out of your reach for now, however, you can always make
a mockup.
