Problème d'installation

Bonjour,

J'ai essayé d'installer libreoffice, sur mon ordinateur, mais une message d'erreur s'affiche en me disant de quitter libreoffice 5.2 et fermer le démarrage rapide avant de continuer. Mais j'ai pas de ce  logiciel. C'est la 1er fois que j'ai essaye de télécharger ce  logiciel et je n'arrive pas...

Comment pourrai-je faire pour corriger ce problème?

Which operating system?  Windows Xp, Vista, Win7?  Perhaps a Gnu&Linux such as Ubuntu, Mandriva/Mageia, SliTaz?  Mac?  Bsd?
