Right menu in our Wiki

Hi all,
this is a screenshot for a very bad looking of a right menu in our wiki.
It is for a discussion on the German ml.

Ok, I forgot that .PNG wouldn't be displayed (it is a known bug). So
next try with .png.

And there is no archive mail when I click on the:
"Original mail available in the mail archive here."

Nah, not terrible, as it is still in testing and not production, it is
great that you discover bugs now instead of later :-)

Problem is a "ü" (→hex code fc) in the screenshot's filename, there's
a charset conversion missing/going wrong.

Hi,

hmm... I thought I already resolved this bug, maybe not working with
umlauts in the filename.

seems as if django doesn't handle filenames with non-ascii filenames
internally. Extended to-storage conversion function to remove non-ascii
characters.

Re: Right menu in our Wiki

UTF-8 filenames work now, uppercase extensions unofortunately not yet.

Terrible for me ;-). It seems that I'm the only person here who catches
all the bugs.

What about Cyrillic, Chinese or some other character fonts? Will there
be bugs?

No wonder as you're one of the few actually doing tests :-)

Alex and me did debug regular charset conversion issues lately, with
the message encodign, encoding of footer and author's names, but no
testing of specials in filenames was performed yet :-)

Well, umlauts to work now, at least in Alexs test-mail:

http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/attachments/mail/7edc95dc-16a8-496f-b03a-83998500d719/
→ "täst.jpg"

Aber ein Versuch wirds zeigen....
