Some of my Mails get "Cancel held message posting"

Hallo,

Answering postings in (aq-) mailing list I sometimes get a link to a
MEssage like

"Your confirmation is required in order to cancel the posting of your
message to the mailing list Libreoffice-qa:

     Sender: [hidden email]
     Subject:
=?windows-1252?Q?Re=3A_=5BLibreoffice-qa=5D_New_Bugzilla_?=
=?windows-1252?Q?Version_Picker_items_=96_2?=
     Reason: The message headers matched a filter rule

Hit the Cancel posting button to discard the posting.

Or hit the Continue awaiting approval button to continue to allow the
list moderator to approve or reject the message."


Normally I post with ISO-8859-15, but the post I received and answered
was in Western WIN-1252. Can that be the reason?

Can someone please help me to correct my settings or what ever to avoid
that?

just a short note: The @lists.freedesktop.org lists are out of our
control. Maybe Thorsten Behrens has some more insight, but it's not
hosted inside the TDF infrastructure.

Since the fdo lists are generally open even for non-subscribers, we
have a few spam measures in place. Possibly you were triggering one
of those. You have admin rights on the qa list, feel free to tweak
the settings - and don't hesitate to poke me with further questions.
