Greetings,
I am doing the accounts for the local playcentre (a not-for-profit organization) and *they* use a series of excel spread sheets.
*I* use LibreOffice on Kubuntu.
There is one spread sheet per month, and each sheet links to a sheet with common values, and to the previous month. Which links to the month before that and so on to the beginning of the year.
It seems that the a monthly spread sheet will only pick up the values from the other spread sheets if they have been opened before it. So I need to open the common files, then the first month, the second month and so on until I get to the current month.
Then I get confused, enter info into the wrong months sheet, my machine grinds to a halt, I shoot my spouse and end up in jail.
Is there any way to get LibreOffice to pull the data in from the other sheets without having to open them all up?
Cheers from cell block 3.
Don
