getting 403 error on 3.5.5 download pages

http://www.libreoffice.org/download/?type=rpm-x86_64&lang=es&version=3.5.5

I clicked on the link to several non-English language and help files for
the above.

Italian, Portuguese-Brazil, and Spanish.

I kept getting the 403 - Forbidden error.

I just clicked on them like I did with all the others.  But if I
right-clicked on them, I get the save option.

So for some reason these will not give me the save option for the linked
files by clicking on them.  I had to do the right-click instead.  These
were the only links that did this. I was after just the language packs
and help packs from those three language pages, since I had the
installer downloaded already.

can you let me know which mirrors you were using? Sounds like a mirror
problem, so I can temporarily disable that one.

I did not select a mirror.
All I did was allow the page to do that for me.  I tend to not do the
extra step[s] to choose the mirror to download from and allow the system
to do it for me.

I clicked on the green icon/strip for the file[s] to be downloaded.
I had downloaded all the other Win/Mac/DEB/RPM files and the last three
pages that I accessed were the language/help packs for that RPM
version.  Had no problems doing a click-save till then.  At that point I
had to do a right-click-save to not get the error.

90+ files worked fine and the last 6 to be downloaded had that error.  
Why, I do not know.

But, I do know that I was getting less than half the bandwidth I get
right now as I download the 2 portable files.  So it could have been the
mirror, or not.

what mirror was chosen automatically for you? I assume it's a problem
with the mirror, that's why I am asking :-)
