./logeerit resubmit

Hi,

just a quick note that there is now a:

 ./logerrit resubmit

which will regenerate the Change-Id of the current HEAD and sumbit it for
review on current branch. This should solve the "already reviewed on master,
cant review on release branch"-issue.

Hi,

Do I understand correctly that with this, change-ids are no longer
stable accross cherry-picks -> we should always use git cherry-pick -x?
