two attachments

Testing two attachments with:
one with () in the name
second with Umlaut and ()
both files have a size of 2.4 mb.
So let's have a look which attachment will reach the goal.

Attachments were dropped because the size of the mail was too large:

Re: two attachments

2.4MB*2=4.8MB, but the base64 encoding og the attachment introduces an
overhead, so 4.8MB * 1.33 > 5 MB limit. And because it would be quite
resource-hungry to remove attachments one after another, all attachments
are dropped if the mail is to large.

I expected this, and so I expected a (mechanical) message that the
attachments are dropped. ;-)
