wiki updated

Hello,

FYI: I have just updated the wiki's extensions and the wiki itself to
version 1.17.4. Please let me know if you experience unusual behaviour -
just in case, I have kept a copy of the old files for the meantime.

First look: Are the pages for sidebar and sitenotice editable for
everyone? I am not sure who it was before.....

Two things:

- The wiki does not recognize my native language until I am logged in.

- I am not able to look at a users contributions while I am logged in.
Try https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Special:Log/newusers and
choose e.g. https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Special:Contributions/Orson69
(Got a 500 errror with a Chrome and a white page with Firefox)

that indeed is a bug, but I have no workaround at hand. :-( I guess it's
a problem with the extension which is hopefully solved with the upgrade
to 1.19.

I just opened the page with and without HTTPS, without (!) being logged
in, works like a charm. Anyone else experiencing that problem?

We changed that, HTTPS is mandatory now after being logged in.

I was able to reproduce the problem now. I don't know how, all of a
suddent I had this errora s well.

I played with the configuration, and disabled the SpecialRenameuser
extension, and it seems to work now again. Volker, can you confirm?
